- Tri-phase polymerisation: 1st Phase - Less than 60 seconds setting time in the mouth the material reaches elastic consistency so that the temporary piece can be removed. 2nd Phase - Polymerisation reaches 50 MPa. 3rd Phase - Material reaches final strength of >200 MPa. After 3 minutes the material has set completely.
